Tiwa Savage Announces 2023 North America Tour

Nigerian singer-songwriter Tiwa Savage has announced a nine-city tour across North America starting in August.

Produced by Live Nation and Duke Concept, the tour will kick off at The Theater at MGM National Harbor in Washington on 24 August and wrap up at Belasco in Los Angeles on 17 September.

Pre-sale tickets are available starting today and will run throughout the week, ahead of the general on-sale beginning 25 May via Ticketmaster.com.(link is external)

Among the most recognisable faces in the Afrobeats scene, Tiwa’s last tour of North America happened last year in support of her Water & Garri EP. She is behind numerous hits and three critically received albums, namely, Once Upon A Time, R.E.D and Celia. Over the years, she has carved a career as a reputable songwriter for some of today’s biggest and most successful musicians.

The news arrives on the heels of the singer’s recent appearance on the remake of Bob Marley and The Wailers’ classic ‘Waiting in Vain’, which was originally released in 1977 on the Exodus album.
