In a collaborative effort with her film production company, Prime Take Productions, Cee-C’s film delves into significant topics such as bleaching, colourism, and body dysmorphia. The thought-provoking short film aims to shed light on these crucial societal issues.

Crafted by the combined efforts of Mary Matiki, Rotipin Tobiloba, and Ikenna Okpara, the narrative revolves around “Mrs. Davis,” who takes the drastic step of bleaching her child’s skin due to her own past experiences and biases surrounding dark skin. This decision leads to a harrowing near-death experience for her daughter, highlighting the repercussions of such actions.
