Breakfast Radio Belongs To DJ Sabby As He Anchors The Most Coveted Breakfast Radio Show In The Country On Metro FM

Award-winning radio and media personality, Sabelo Mtshali fondly known as DJ Sabby takes the highest radio honour this morning as the new anchor for the most coveted breakfast radio show in the country on Metro FM.

Branded “Best Mornings”, breakfast radio now belongs to DJ Sabby every weekday from 6am till 9am.

“I’m excited and honoured to be trusted with the biggest slot on SA commercial radio, and I’m beyond ready for this. I’m looking forward to connecting with new and old listeners from all walks of life as I embark on my biggest career journey to date,” shares DJ Sabby.

A trailblazer, visionary broadcaster and an all-round urban youth culture commentator, DJ Sabby has imprinted his name as one of Mzansi’s most influential brands in the entertainment industry to date.

DJ Sabby’s broadcast star power can be seen through his steady rise in radio over the past decade, most notably joining Metro FM in April 2021 on the Top 40 chart show (later Top 30) where in his first 12 months he elevated his show to the number 1 show on the station, within 13 months moved to weekday mid-mornings on The Bridge and within 24 months has taken over the breakfast slot.
